Taxi was there on time. Direct private transfer. Driver was polite and offered water. Baby seat was great.

The pick up time was auto populated when booking. We nearly misses our 10am flight due to traffic heading to Lisbon. It would have been good for the company to advise to be picked up earlier due to the horrendous traffic as they are local people and they had our flight times, phone number and email to be able to advise us of this accordingly.
