I was driving from the airport to Rethymnon. The cost was 20 euros less (a taxi would be 60-80). My flight was delayed several times, eventually flew in instead of 8 pm, at 3 am, but I was still met and put in a car. Apparently I was alone, as I was put into a normal taxi (Mercedes) and drove quickly. We drove for less than an hour.
In case of force majeure, you must communicate with the company by phone. Call from Russia to Greece, you know, not cheap. There are of course other ways (I used a Skype call), but this is not as convenient. It is a pity that intui.travel does not help to simplify the process of communication. And of course you have to make a footnote about the "Greek driving". For example, two continuous lines for them aren't there.
